Hampton Inn Buffalo-Airport Galleria Mall – Hotel near airport in Cheektowaga

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had ample space in the bathroom, which I really liked. However, the hotel was a bit crowded on Sunday morning when teams were checking out. The location was perfect for my needs, close to everything I wanted to do, and right across from a mall. The dining experience was fresh with a decent selection, and it was a great place to hang out in the evening. Overall, a great experience with a few minor inconveniences.

The hotel's rooms were a bit of a mixed bag - while they had crisp, clean linens and extra towels, the heavy dark curtains along the exterior wall made for a dark ambiance, not leaving the best first impression. Housekeeping encountered issues with hair and dust in every corner of the bathroom, and there was even a used cough drop found on the bedroom floor. The service was quite good overall, and the location was convenient, being close to the Galleria Mall. The dining experience offered some pleasant surprises but also fell short in terms of food availability for the number of guests.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were super clean and modern, making for a good size that was clean and comfortable. However, I was very disappointed by the noise from a large group of cheerleaders partying in the hallways until 2 am.

The hotel is conveniently located near I90 with various dining options around, close to shopping centers, and with friendly staff. However, the rooms are small and dark, which might not suit longer stays.
